visionSPARK testimonials

Rosie has a way of truly seeing people and meeting them right where they are. This was my first workshop and introduction of Rosie, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The experience surpassed all of my expectations and will be a non-negotiable way to kick off each new year. I’m grateful Rosie offers this workshop. It attracts people who wouldn’t have ordinarily connected and brings such a bright light of optimism into the new year… especially when winter/post holiday blues are starting to set in.

I look forward to this workshop with Rosie every year! The work we do is sacred and powerful. It’s an opportunity to look inward, reflect on the past, and pave a path for a new year filled with intentionality and purpose. I’m always inspired and moved by the participants who bring honesty and vulnerability to the space. I’m already looking forward to next year!

Visionspark is the perfect way to start a new year with intention. Rosie does such an amazing job of making strangers feel like friends, a new space feel like home, so that as a participant, you can dive deep and share with a feeling of safety.

I have never been to anything like this [visionSPARK] before, and I found myself quickly opening up to my tablemates and engaging deeply with myself. I was surprised by the insights I came to in a short time, and I appreciated the time with other women who are also seeking purpose and connection in their lives.

Rosie Molinary’s annual VisionSPARK workshop provides an in-person experience with like-minded people looking to kick off their year with real intention. Creating a vision board, selecting a word for the year and the small and larger group discussions not only help to spark creativity, but have helped me to firm a positive mindset with which to adventure into the year. I wouldn’t miss this annual in person group event for anything in the world.
visionSPARK was a great chance to step away from the busyness of life to be more intentional and thoughtful about how I approach the year. It was a reminder that I matter and need to take as much time for myself as I give to others.

I have done this workshop several times, and always walk away with a very motivated feeling that’s reinforced by the vision board that keeps me focused throughout the year. I absolutely love the insightful work that we do leading up to the workshop as well. Rosie has a wonderful way of directing your feelings and thoughts in a positive direction.

visionSPARK is one of my non-negotiable new year rituals. Rosie creates space for valuable reflection and intention setting.

[visionSPARK is] an amazing experience designed to gently and thoughtfully help us each dig a little deeper into who and what we want to become in the upcoming year. Well worth spending the morning among such a like-minded and supportive crew of people.

I’ve participated in visionspark for several years, and in addition to meeting new and like-minded people, I always learn something new about myself in our time together. I look forward to this scheduled time to really reflect on the past year and have meaningful conversations about intentions for the year to come—without interruption!
VisionSPARK is a special opportunity for self-reflection, creativity, and connectivity in a space where women are vulnerable together and inspired by each other. What I am reminded of each year at Rosie’s workshop is that we all face similar transitions in our lives and we are all striving to be our best selves.

Rosie taps a great audience. She provides enough insightful structure to make real thought and discovery happen… and allows enough time for you to bring your personal work to the vision board and the table. I am ready to make this investment every year!

visionSpark was a wonderful exercise that left me feeling inspired! I looked around the room and saw all these different women sharing their stories or thoughts and it was a very special experience to have.

Rosie’s visionSPARK workshop was exactly what I needed to let go of the past year and get focused on what I want to accomplish in the coming year. The visionSPARK workshop changed my year! I had more focus than I ever have. My word for the year really guided me through some difficult times which in turn helped me to shape two new career opportunities. visionSPARK was just what I needed to really fine tune my vision for the year. I left with a clearer perspective than I came with. Rosie is awesome at asking the right questions to get you thinking about what you really want. I use my ‘word for the year’ daily in making decisions and in my approach to everything. The visionSPARK workshop was truly genuine and powerful. Rosie knows her authentic self and radiates her passion during the entire session. She is laser focused on her goals; and it’s infectious. Sometimes that can be intimidating coming from the speaker because you think, “I can never be as pulled together”. Yet, Rosie is humble, forthright and open to sharing her proven methods. The best part is she takes you through the very simple steps of empowering you to develop your own authentic voice and leads you down a proven path toward achieving your own clear goals. The workshop is concise and turn-key; you walk out empowered and laser focused on your steps for the next twelve months. Holly Schoolmeester

This workshop is a must if you want to start your year off with crystal clear intention! Rosie delivers her message with such heart and gives her best to each and every person attending her workshops. You will not be disappointed in the least! You will be sparked with lots of vision for the new year! Cassandra

This was my first visionSPARK but hopefully it will not be my last. I haven’t typically engaged in this kind of reflection and intention-setting, but am so glad that I did. It helped me clear my mind and focus on how I want to live (intentionally instead of reactively). Rosie’s leadership was the right blend of encouraging, challenging, self-disclosing and accepting to help me know that I could actually do something like this!

VisionSpark was an opportunity to connect with myself and other women as they supercharge their year. I started the day feeling cloudy and anxious about the year and left feeling a renewed sense of peaceful purpose, clarity, and urgency.

Rosie is an incredible facilitator! Her visionSPARK always creates a real change in my mindset and gives me guidance for the upcoming year. Taking the time to stop and listen to yourself is invaluable. Hearing what other women have to say provides community and also insight into your own life.

The last 4 years of my life have been tumultuous and transformative and amazing. Setting an intention with visionSPARK has been a bright spot in my life. I’ve seen the threads of my intentions weave through each year. Each year, they build on each other and they’ve been a foundation on which I’ve built my new life. I cannot thank Rosie enough.
