1. On one episode of Ugly Betty, Betty’s crush, Jesse, refers to her as “a snowy day”– you know the excitement of a snow day when you don’t have to go to school or work– that kind of feel good. That’s what he called Betty (and even sang a song about it– see the clip), and I just loved the sentiment. I am going to have to work that into my vocabulary.
