Sometimes, there is nothing more daunting then the sense that we should journal and the blank page that stares back at us saying, “Come on, come on!”
If you are wanting to do the work of journaling but are daunted by that blank page, then something that can help you navigate that gap is a good journal prompt. Today, I am offering 25 journal prompts all around generating and celebrating greater self-awareness to help you get started. 10 of these prompts pose a question for you to explore and 15 of them give you the beginning of a sentence that you should then complete. These are prompts that I have used in my own life and I hope will be helpful in yours.
