There is one cabinet in our home that is not baby proofed. It’s in baby’s bathroom and has towels in it. I kinda think the kid needs at least one cabinet to get into and deconstruct, but the reality is that baby doesn’t hang out in the bathroom so much that he gets the opportunity to break in all that often. So, imagine my surprise the other morning when I put baby down on the floor after changing his diaper (the top of this cabinet is our changing table), walked out the bathroom, and realized baby wasn’t following me like he normally does. I walked back in with my camera in hand (it sits on my desk all the time and the bathroom opens into my office)– and here is what I saw:
We may not be locking that cabinet anytime soon, but I do think we’ll be going for a toilet lock ala Tina Fey in Baby Mama. And I will be suffering through it ala Amy Poehler in Baby Mama.
*BIG SMILE* life just got even MORE exciting-didn’t it?
OMG!!!! Sooo hilarious!!! And what? did BF bolt the cover down in the bathroom too??? booooooo.
Yes-get a toilet lock! You don’t need or want him splashing around in there!!!! Poooochie!
